Halco is seeking a Lead Plumber to take ownership of plumbing work across our design-build, kitchen remodel, and bathroom remodel projects .

This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be part of a company that values quality, integrity, and people as much as the work itself.

What Youll Do

• Lead and perform residential plumbing work on remodeling and design-build projects

• Serve as the primary plumbing authority on job sites

• Guide and oversee apprentices and support personnel

• Coordinate plumbing work with construction supervisors and project managers

• Ensure all work meets Massachusetts plumbing codes and Halco quality standards

• Identify and communicate change orders and additional service opportunities

• Handle occasional service and warranty calls for new and existing customers

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites

• Represent Halco positively with clients, teammates, and trade partners

What You Bring

• Massachusetts Plumbing Journeyman License (required)

• Residential plumbing experience (required)

• Proven ability to lead, train, and support others in the field

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and local codes

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Pride in your work and a desire to grow with a company

Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $85,000 $110,000 per year (based on experience)

Working Conditions

• On-site work at residential project locations

• Physical work including lifting, bending, and tool use
