Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Job Type: Travel | Contract
Shift: Night | 3x12-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $58–$62/hr ($2,175–$2,325/week)

Position Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU for an exciting Travel job in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including physical, psychological, and social assessments.

• Administer and monitor medications and therapies, documenting patient responses accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans and communicate critical information to the care team.

• Serve as charge or resource nurse, mentoring and guiding staff as needed.

• Utilize computerized nursing documentation systems effectively.

• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.

• Maintain ongoing professional development and ICU-related certifications.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

• Completion of relevant pharmacology and arrhythmia exams.

• Prior ICU/critical care experience required.

• Preferred: BSN, CCRN, TCAR, de-escalation certification, and skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and ICP monitoring.

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient advocacy skills.
