Position Overview
The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and oversee both internal and external communications that support business growth.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for managing marketing infrastructure, messaging, and sales enablement tools. You will work closely with leadership and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Own and refine market positioning, value proposition, and core messaging
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels
Sales & Commercial Enablement
- Create and maintain sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Support business development through compelling messaging and content
- Ensure consistency across all customer-facing communications
Pipeline & Marketing Infrastructure
- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Oversee marketing-to-sales funnel and lead tracking processes
- Provide visibility into pipeline performance and campaign effectiveness
External Communications
- Manage website content and digital presence
- Coordinate thought leadership, case studies, and outbound campaigns
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and consultants
Internal Communications
- Support leadership messaging and company-wide communication initiatives
- Ensure alignment across departments on key initiatives and messaging
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communications
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and leadership teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success supporting lead generation and sales enablement
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B environments
- Website/CMS management experience
- Advanced PowerPoint or presentation design skills
- Creative direction and design sensibility

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $83,600 – $134,300
