Flexible Remote Travel Assistant
We are seeking a Flexible Remote Travel Assistant to support clients as they plan, organize, and enjoy their travel experiences. In this work-from-home role, you will assist with travel-related requests, provide clear guidance, and help ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Support travel inquiries, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and internal processes
- Monitor upcoming trips and follow up with clients when needed
- Respond to questions or concerns professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate

Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in customer service, hospitality, travel, or support roles (preferred but not required)
- Well-organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote environment
- Able to learn and navigate booking systems and digital tools efficiently
- Passionate about travel and helping others plan with confidence
