Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Asset Management domain expertise to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across front-office, middle-office, and back-office functions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project/program management experience, investment management knowledge, and technology transformation expertise.

This role will be responsible for driving large-scale business and technology programs involving investment operations, sales & distribution, regulatory initiatives, data platforms, and cloud transformation while collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, and global delivery organizations.

• Drive project planning, execution, governance, and reporting
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reviews
• Partner with front-office, middle-office, and back-office teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Oversee vendor and offshore delivery teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards
• Drive adoption of modern cloud, data, and digital transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Investment Management industry experience
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certification
• Experience managing cloud modernization programs
• Knowledge of OMS, Market Data, and Reference Data platforms
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and Data Engineering initiatives
