The Accounting Clerk will support a small accounting team by managing essential financial records, assisting with account reconciliations, and providing support for financial reporting. This role entails minimal direct interaction with clients and vendors, primarily focusing on direct billing and ensuring accurate record keeping. The position regularly contributes to financial audits and requires proficiency with accounting and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Support preparation and maintenance of financial reports
- Maintain comprehensive and organized financial records
- Participate in regular financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Manage direct client and vendor billing processes
- Utilize accounting and ERP software to streamline financial operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
