Title: Quality Inspector (Machine Shop)

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM (45 min lunch)

Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Specialist to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Rockland, MA. The ideal candidate has experience performing Incoming, In-Process, and Final inspections on machined components and can collaborate with machine operators to improve processes and resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on machined components, ensuring compliance with standards
• Support manufacturing process documentation, equipment calibration, and training
• Investigate product non-conformances and propose corrective solutions
• Apply problem-solving methods and document findings for process improvement
• Participate in statistical process control and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the calibration program for production equipment

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in a machine shop environment preferred
• Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards, SPC, and quality documentation
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and initiative
