What You'll Do
- Design scalable and modular solutions leveraging Adobe experience cloud products including AEM, Analytics and Target.
- Lead the technical delivery of development, integration, and data migration for Adobe implementations.
- Translate business objectives and lead requirements gathering & design sessions to craft elegant solutions.
- Run overall technical scope of the project, while guiding client expectations. Provide guidance on product selection based on project
- Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers through coaching and mentorship.
- Understand business requirements and interpret how best to apply out of the box platform capabilities or identify alternate solutions to best leverage the platform.
- Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used.
- Ensure project success and quality solution delivery through designing and leading test plans.
- Demonstrate technical thought leadership at clients, in the CMS/DXP community, and internally at Slalom.
- Guide clients and partners on domain expertise through sales cycles and marketing events
- Provide detailed estimates and participate in pre-sales initiatives and proposal creation.
- Collaborate with Slalom team members and clients, promote a fun and supportive work environment.
What You'll Bring
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, , and related technologies. Experience in CJA, AJO and AEP is a plus.
- Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Deep understanding of trouble shooting and performance tuning all layers of the web application
- Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and concepts
- Understanding of modern frond end frameworks like React, Vue, Angular etc.
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills.
- Certifications in AEM or other Adobe Experience Cloud products
