- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration expertise
- Agility in rapidly evolving marketing environments with continuous learning orientation
- Innovation mindset with technological adaptability and business value focus
- 10+ years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience with demonstrated P&L impact
- Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation and technology adoption
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance measurement
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
- Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
