Job Title: Finance Manager – Private Credit Portfolio & Performance Analytics
Location: Boston, MA
Compensation: $135K–150K Base + Bonus 20%

About the Role
A leading global investment firm is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Private Credit Group . This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in private credit portfolio analytics, performance measurement, and investment reporting . You will collaborate with Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Finance, and Operations to deliver actionable insights, maintain data integrity, and support internal and external stakeholders with high-quality analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and track key performance and portfolio metrics across the Private Credit platform

• Conduct portfolio- and strategy-level analyses for portfolio management, investor requests, and internal analytics

• Prepare performance track records and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders, external investors, and prospects

• Partner with diligence and presentation teams on recurring and ad hoc requests related to LP and consultant questions

• Ensure ongoing accuracy, quality, and consistency of performance and portfolio analytics and reporting

• Maintain integrity of internal processes, workflows, and databases used to track investment and performance metrics

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance measurement, portfolio analytics, or investment reporting

• Private credit experience required; strong familiarity with credit terms, market structure, and LP/consultant reporting

• Understanding of performance measurement calculations, methodologies, and GIPS standards

• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets

• Technical proficiency or willingness to learn SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, Fabric (DAX)

• Strong communication skills; able to synthesize analyses clearly and articulate insights

• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, accountable, and self-driven

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CFA/CAIA a plus
