A deep sense of user empathy and demonstrated ability to build experiences that users love. Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization. A proven track record of ownership, thoroughness, proactivity, and ability to deliver on cross-functional efforts. A propensity to and comfort with using data paired with customer/stakeholder feedback and needs to ruthlessly prioritize your team’s bandwidth. Ability to effectively gather and prioritize user requirements from disparate sources, going beyond users requests to get to key user needs, and the ability to rationalize across and resolve stakeholder differences.
