As a Project Manager, you'll be the key player ensuring our projects run smoothly-from kickoff to closeout. You'll oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, quality standards, and client expectations while delivering results you can be proud of.

- 3–5 years of commercial construction experience

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines.
Oversee projects from start-up through closeout, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Review contracts, drawings, and project scope; resolve discrepancies promptly.
Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage change orders, estimates, and project documentation (submittals, samples, safety info).
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and performance growth.
Monitor project costs, prepare billing forecasts, and work with finance to adjust budgets.
Ensure timely project closeout, including punch list completion and warranty documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and construction management software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel to job sites
