Maintenance Technician
At POAH Communities, a key subsidiary of Preservation of Affordable Housing, we are committed to maintaining the highest quality of residential environments throughout our wide array of affordable housing properties. We are currently in search of a skilled Maintenance Technician who is dedicated to preserving the excellence of communities by ensuring our facilities are both functional and inviting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including repairs, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of property facilities. As part of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and attractive living environment for our residents.
