About Suno
Suno is a music company built to amplify imagination. Powered by the world's most advanced AI music model, Suno offers an unparalleled creative platform that includes Suno Studio, a breakthrough generative audio workstation. From shower-singers to aspiring songwriters to seasoned artists, Suno empowers a global community to create, share, and discover music—unlocking the joy of musical expression for all.
About the Role
Suno is building the next generation of music creation and listening experiences. As we grow, ensuring that our products are safe, trustworthy, and delightful for all users is central to our mission.
We are seeking a Product Manager to help shape how people experience Suno through industry-leading approaches to safety. In this role, you will develop impactful roadmaps and drive strategic initiatives that ensure our products and model deployments are aligned with both user experience and technical innovation.
This role suits a technical product manager fluent in the latest approaches to platform safety, adept at adversarial thinking, aware of the risks inherent to a consumer platform, and committed to solving ambiguous problems with policy experts within a changing safety landscape.
What You’ll Do
Lead with a user-centric perspective , especially around areas like content moderation, intellectual property (e.g., music copyright issues), harassment and abuse prevention, and protection of minors and creators.
Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps that balance rapid innovation with thoughtful, scalable safeguards.
Drive safety and trust initiatives across all products, taking into account industry-leading methods, and ensuring users feel confident engaging with the platform and each other.
Develop and refine frameworks and tools for identifying, assessing, and mitigating safety risks across our platform.
Establish metrics and feedback loops that help Suno monitor user experience, detect emerging safety challenges, and measure impact over time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including AI researchers, policy experts, software engineering, design, data, legal, and community operations — to embed safety considerations into product planning and execution.
Partner with external teams and industry peers on best practices and the latest technologies for safety in music and social tech environments.
Who You Are
A proactive, thoughtful product leader with a commitment to safety who:
6+ years of product management or related roles, with specialty in trust & safety, content moderation, community integrity, or related domains
Demonstrates expertise in the field of platform safety from a technical perspective
Prioritizes work that has broad impact and scales effectively as Suno grows, and understands how to develop safeguards that can apply holistically across a suite of different products
Balances innovation with responsibility, approaching ambiguous challenges with structure and creativity
Brings a consumer lens to safety — understanding how features are experienced by real users
Has strong analytical skills with a bias toward actionable insights
Communicates proactively with technical and non-technical partners alike
Thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional, and often ambiguous environments
Loves music
