We are seeking a highly skilled, Bilingual Data Entry Associate to maintain the integrity of our community resource directory. This role offers $22/hr and is crucial in ensuring our records are up-to-date and reliable, as you will be responsible for contacting referral contacts to verify and update essential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to referral contacts to confirm contact and organizational details
• Complete update forms accurately and maintain detailed records
• Respond to voicemails and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Use various software platforms to input and manage data effectively
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistency and quality across records

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese, or Creole
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, credentialing, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
