Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic calendar and act as primary contact for all scheduling updates
- Support course operations: handle materials, manage waitlists, and assist with class logistics
- Coordinate logistics for events and guests: travel, catering, setup, and cleanup
- Track workflows and projects using tools like Asana, Zoom, and Google Calendar
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative experience with calendar and executive support
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Google Calendar for high-volume scheduling
- Experienced with task management tools such as Asana
