Junior Wholesale Account Manager
Type: Full Time
Location: Massachusetts
Compensation: $45k - $50k base salary(based on experience) + Bonus
● Expected OTE = $55k - $65k

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Wholesale Account Manager to join our growing sales team.
This candidate will be responsible for providing support to our Sales, and Field Marketing teams, contributing significantly to maintaining and enhancing client relationships while driving revenue growth.
This position will report directly to the Director of Sales and will have a direct internal growth path to a sales role at Nova Farms.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist the sales team in development and implementation of strategic sales plans to target dispensary partners.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist the sales team close new business.
● Conduct regular visits to dispensary partners, making product presentations and providing information on our product portfolio.
● Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
● Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
● Generate and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, appointments, and customer communications, using our CRM system.
● Prepare and present sales reports, including sales forecasts, account status, and market analysis to the sales manager.
● Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to the cannabis industry to ensure compliance in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
● Previous experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis or related industries, is a significant advantage.
● Strong understanding of cannabis products, strains, and industry regulations is highly desirable.
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
● Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Proficiency with basic software programs is a must - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
GSuite (GMail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), CRM software, Slack etc.
● A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required - 70% travel/30% remote
