Overview

We are a full-service, multi-disciplinary law firm dedicated to trial advocacy, business law, corporate transactions, commercial and real estate finance, and sophisticated estate planning. Our mission is to simplify your ongoing challenges and provide integrated legal solutions for you, your family, and your business at a reasonable cost. This role is based in Boston and focuses on trusts and estates with a strong business succession planning practice.

Responsibilities

• Join our trusts and estates and business succession planning practice group as an estate planning attorney with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficient in probate, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax return preparation, and drafting basic estate planning documents.
• Work directly with clients, expand your practice, and handle sophisticated matters within a dynamic practice group.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent practice management and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic credentials; motivated self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced and collegial environment.
• Experience in a large firm and/or portable billings is advantageous but not mandatory; we consider all applicants.
• Flexible with hybrid scheduling and in-office presence (2-3 days per week); strong background in business succession, business law, and business planning is encouraged.
