Speech language pathologist 85 to 90 per hour Part or Full time FLEX HOURS

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $80 to 90 per hour and provides an exceptional opportunity to work with individuals experiencing a range of speech and language challenges.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children and adults. You will develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our focus is on delivering high-quality care while creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

This position is in person only/. Middle school or pre school

This position begins ASAP and goes only until the end of this school year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and diagnose individuals with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support the patient's development.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate clients and their families on strategies to improve communication.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders, preferably in a clinical or educational setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with current speech therapy assessment tools and treatment techniques
