Assembler
This role is a dynamic Electrical and Mechanical Assembly position focused on the precision construction, wiring, and testing of industrial machinery. You will be responsible for bringing complex systems to life—starting from the initial layout and wiring of components to the final testing of robots and drive spindles. This position requires a high level of technical accuracy, as you will be working directly from schematics to ensure every pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical system meets rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Component Installation: Perform the layout, installation, and wiring of various electrical components.
- System Wiring: Manage machine wiring, including wireways, terminal strips, and specific electrical devices.
- System Testing: Conduct machine testing by checking I/O (input/output) for all devices to verify system integrity.
- Mechanical Assembly: Build mechanical assemblies according to blueprints and prints.
- Fluid Power Layouts: Plumb pneumatic and hydraulic systems based on technical schematics.
- Precision Alignment: Align robots and drive spindles to ensure smooth and accurate operation.
- Quality Inspection: Perform detailed inspections to ensure all assembly work meets strict specifications.
- Documentation: Follow written work instructions and maintain productivity and quality guidelines.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical issues or malfunctions and promptly escalate them to the appropriate team members.
- Digital Integration: Utilize computer systems and specialized tools to complete daily tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an electrical assembly environment.
- Technical Proficiency: * Familiarity with electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to use small hand tools with precision.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Core Competencies: * Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and follow complex written instructions and schematics.
Compensation & Benefits
