Dental Assistant (DA)
Location: South Yarmouth
Salary Range: $29–$35 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am–1:00pm
Our client is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join their well-established practice in South Yarmouth, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled assistant looking for a stable position with strong compensation and a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
- Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
- Take dental radiographs as needed
- Manage inventory and oversee ordering of clinical supplies
- Support digital dentistry workflows, including CAD/CAM processes
- Assist with CEREC milling procedures (experience highly preferred; willing to train the right candidate)
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure seamless clinical flow
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of dental assisting experience required
- Strong understanding of clinical procedures and workflow efficiency
- Inventory management and ordering experience required
- Experience with CEREC milling highly preferred (training available)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
