Sigma Inc is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to work onsite at Boston, MA Description:- To work closely with lead Executive Assistant to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and priorities. Collaborate regularly with the broader team to support initiatives and maintain alignment across all activities.
- Looking for someone with C Suite experience. Experience with calendar management, travel planning, customer service. This will be in the office of the president - candidates must be polished.
- Supports executive management (i.e., CEO, President, Executive Vice President), particularly in mid-size to large organizations.
- Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, and preparing presentations and financial data.
- Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others.
- Ability to perform Internet research.
- Work is generally of highly confidential nature. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
