Workfront Specialist
Pay is commiserate with experience and ranges between $60-70/hr.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workfront Specialist to support our team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for leveraging the Workfront platform to enhance project management and workflow efficiency across the organization. You will provide expert guidance, support, and best practices to help teams maximize collaboration, streamline processes, and drive successful project outcomes. While an Adobe Workfront certification is not required, it is considered a plus. Key responsibilities include:- Intake Process Management
- Problem resolution
- Ensure all incoming requests are logged accurately in Workfront and verify that request submissions meet required criteria including necessary information
- Define, implement, and refine intake process for consistency and efficiency
- Act as point of contact for troubleshooting
- Address issues related to project scope, requirements, or Workfront system functionality
- Prioritization and Resource Alignment
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review project scope, deadlines, and priorities
- Act as a liaison between requestors and project teams, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and expectations
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requests based on business needs, timelines, and resource availability
- Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain documentation for audit purposes and knowledge sharing
- Generate and maintain reports to track the status of requests and agreed upon reporting
- Workflow Optimization and Automation
- Identify efficiencies in the intake process and proposed solutions to improve workflow and turnaround time
- Ensure requests flow smoothly through approval and assignment stages within Workfront
- Training and Support
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Train new users or departments on best practices for intake and workflow management
- Provide guidance to teams and requestors on using Workfront and adhering to intake process
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront configuration and administration.
- Proven experience in change management, process improvement, and automation strategies.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adobe Workfront certification or completed trainings.
- Familiarity with integrations between Workfront and other marketing or productivity tools. ( Fusion, Veeva, AEM, etc.)
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or marketing industries.
