What You'll Do:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in resident rooms and common areas, following established sanitation and infection-control standards.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and waste removal.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to facility policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Interact with residents in a respectful, courteous, and compassionate manner, supporting their comfort and dignity.
- Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or unusual resident concerns promptly to supervisors.
- Comply with all safety regulations, confidentiality requirements, and community policies.
What You'll Need:
- High school education
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
- Experience in housekeeping or senior living preferred
