Account Manager
Mountain View Landscapes & Lawncare, Inc. i s a leading, family-owned landscape services company with nearly five decades of excellence and a strong presence in Chicopee, MA, Wilbraham, MA, and Manchester, CT. We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our Chicopee branch. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our commercial landscaping clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. In addition to the base salary there is a 3% commission on all new sales and enhancements,(new planting, adding a walkway, any new service item not in an existing contract) on current accounts or a entirely new sale.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the landscape/horticulture industry or another labor-intensive industry
- Degree in a related field and/or professional certifications or licenses preferred
- Strong knowledge of horticulture practices preferred
- Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record for 3+ years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and CRM software; experience with LMN Software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with commercial landscaping clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and exceptional service
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and upsell to existing clients, supporting revenue growth
- Manage annual contract renewals and estimate properties as needed for renewals
- Participate in snow services production during the winter season
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
