Restaurant Team Leader

The ideal Team Leader is of high character and integrity, is flexible in their availability, has a passion for excellence, holds self and others to high performance standards, is a solutions based team player, can coach, mentor, lead, delegate and craft/implement business growth plans; has an analytical and operational mindset. Is quick and accurate; can work under pressure and tight timelines, all while leading hands-on and handling multiple projects while ensuring standards of excellence are met.
Prior experience as a successful shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager, general manager or director is very helpful to the success at this job. Specialized focal experience in Drive-Thru, Catering, Marketing, HR, Event Management, Kitchen Director, Hospitality and/or General Management, is highly desirable.Requirements/Responsibilities
Restaurant Team Lead / Shift Manager Responsibilities Include:
* Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
* Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to Service goals.
* Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
* Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
* Be a friendly encouraging team player.
* Open and/or close, lead shifts.
* Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
