This remote-friendly position, based in Newton, Massachusetts, offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supervising nursing staff and coordinating care for our home healthcare clients. **Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and support nursing staff during overnight shifts, ensuring optimal patient care delivery across all assigned cases
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Oversee medication administration protocols and ensure compliance with all clinical guidelines and safety standards
• Respond to emergency situations and provide clinical guidance to field staff during critical incidents
• Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and ensure timely completion of all required reports
• Resolve conflicts and address staffing challenges while maintaining continuity of care for all patients

• Current RN license and minimum 1+ years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or supervisory roles
• Strong clinical assessment skills and expertise in medication administration and patient care planning
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in staff supervision and conflict resolution
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and excellent critical thinking capabilities
• Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with ability to handle emergency response situations
