Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
In this role, you’ll handle customer concerns, answer questions, schedule deliveries and service appointments, and help create solutions that leave customers satisfied.
PAY: $19-$20/hourly
SCHEDULE: Tuesday thru Saturday 10am-6:30pm
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
- Schedule deliveries, service calls, exchanges, and repairs accurately
- Review warranty coverage and coordinate with manufacturers when needed
- Order parts and monitor service updates to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service and resolve issues quickly
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and learning internal systems
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs when needed
