As a Dispensary Team Lead at Renew Cannabis Co., you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager to inspire and mentor our retail team members. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in fostering a collaborative team environment, while your leadership and motivational abilities will drive performance and elevate customer service standards. You will also apply your conflict resolution skills to effectively address any challenges that arise, ensuring a harmonious workplace for both employees and customers. • Strong knowledge of cannabis is essential
• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in cannabis specifically
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
• Experience with Point of Sale software (Dutchie)
• Cash management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
