The Project Manager - Commercial and Multifamily key responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to leadership.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
Profile
The Project Manager - Commercial and Multifamily should have:
- 3+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Experience with a commercial group up and multifamily work
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps)
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Adeptness at managing budgets and timelines effectively.
