Position Overview

A premier, rapidly growing franchise group operates multiple high-volume, fast-casual locations across New York and Massachusetts. Due to an aggressive multi-unit development agreement and upcoming regional expansions, an internal leadership pipeline is actively being built.

This position offers a direct fast-track into a General Manager role ($65K–$70K base + monthly bonuses) to support this growth. There is an immediate need for an experienced Assistant Manager who thoroughly understands high-volume line execution, speed, and precision.

⚠️ Must-Have Requirement

• Prior leadership experience within a high-volume, precision-slicing sub/sandwich concept is strictly required.
• Candidates must have a deep understanding of fast-casual system execution, meat/cheese slicing accuracy, line efficiency, and managing intense rush periods. Generic fast-food experience alone will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Line: Maintain extreme speed, build accuracy, and line efficiency during high-volume rush periods.

• Operational Excellence: Support the GM in managing inventory, labor costs, and food safety standards to maximize store profitability.

• Experience: 1–2+ years of recent leadership experience (Shift Lead, AGM, or GM) within a premium, high-volume counter-service sandwich model.
