Location- North Reading
Pay Rate- $18- $20hr DOE
Schedule- Monday- Friday 6:15am - 2:45pm & 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team supporting the assembly of electro-mechanical and robotic equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment where precision, teamwork, and quality matter.
Depending on production needs, this role may focus on hands-on robotic assembly, warehouse material handling, or a combination of both. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that builds cutting-edge technology, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll DoAs an Electro-Mechanical Assembler / Production Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily production operations. Responsibilities may include:
Electro-Mechanical Assembly
Assemble mechanical and electrical components by following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
Gather parts, tools, and materials needed for each assembly task
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, adjust, and repair equipment
Quality & Documentation
Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet critical specifications
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Enter data into production and inventory management systems
Safety & Teamwork
Follow all safety procedures and best practices in a manufacturing environment
Maintain organized work areas and ensure materials are stocked and ready for production
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support production goals
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods (7+ hours per shift)
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
Comfortable working with computers and performing data entry
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Experience
1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
Experience with ERP, MES, or inventory management systems
Ability to interpret manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, part drawings, or traveler paperwork
Familiarity with safe material handling practices and PPE requirements
Experience using handheld scanners and labeling systems
Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
