As a Home Health Aide with Guardian Angel Senior Services, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of seniors by providing essential personal care.

• You'll assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to ensure their comfort and dignity.
• Supporting daily living, you'll help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands, creating a nurturing environment for those you care for.
• Additionally, your role includes offering companionship—engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities that enrich their days.
• Monitoring their well-being is crucial; you’ll observe and report any changes in health or behavior, ensuring that patient care plans are always aligned with their needs.

To excel as a Home Health Aide at Guardian Angel Senior Services, you'll need a range of essential skills and qualifications.

• A Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates eager to learn.
• Compassion and reliability are critical, as you'll be working closely with seniors who count on your genuine desire to help.
• Strong communication skills are vital to effectively connect with both clients and their families, facilitating a supportive and trusting environment.
• Additionally, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary, enabling you to travel to various locations and provide consistent support.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Certified HHA or CNA preferred (training available).
