Senior Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

Coy's Brook Landscaping is seeking experienced Senior Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a two-person mowing team throughout the season, ensuring efficient and high-quality service at client properties
• Serve as a senior leader on spring and fall cleanup crews
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment, including Walker and Wright Stander mowers, string trimmers, and blowers
• Drive a one-ton dump truck with an enclosed trailer to and from job sites
• Oversee the care and maintenance of equipment, including sharpening blades, changing oil, and checking fluids
• Promptly report equipment issues to the full-time mechanic
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of property appearance and crew performance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn maintenance, including mowing and equipment operation
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to supervise a team
• Experience operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, and blowers
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance (e.g., blade sharpening, oil changes, fluid checks)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to drive an enclosed trailer
• Valid DOT Medical Certificate
