Medical Assistant - Wellesley, MA

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Wellesley, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: Medical Assistant

Location: Wellesley, MA

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13 weeks - likelihood of extension

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week

• Typically 8:30a-5p - will likely be working one shift/week until 6p - need flexibility to do so - discussed in interview

• Monday-Friday

• No weekends/major holidays

Contract Requirements:

• 1+ years of recent/current medical assistant experience

• Preferred setting experience: Pediatrics, internal medicine, primary care

• Must be comfortable working with kids

• Certification preferred but not required

• EPIC EMR experience preferred but not required

• Must be comfortable rooming patients, taking vitals, and making outbound calls to patients occasionally

• local candidate with a reliable commute strongly preferred

Pay:

• $22/hr local

Parking: Small application fee ($10-15) upon first day on-site - we will reimburse
