Sitework / Landscape Construction Team Member

As a Sitework / Landscape Construction Team Member, you will help create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by clearing, grading, loaming, and performing final finish work
• Assist with excavation and trenching for drainage, utilities, and foundations
• Install drainage systems, including pipe, catch basins, dry wells, and culverts
• Construct hardscape features such as retaining walls, patios, and walkways
• Prepare and compact bases for hardscape and structural installations
• Set grades using stakes, string lines, and layout tools
• Operate and assist with equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, plate compactors, and saws
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with driveway preparation, gravel placement, and paving prep work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow directions from the foreman and adhere to project plans and specifications
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Work collaboratively as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols

Qualifications

• Motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction
• Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable and punctual
• Available for full-time or part-time work
