Pay : $40–$55 per hour, depending on experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Licensed Plumbing Service Tech - Service Plumber!

• Valid and current Massachusetts journeyman and/or master plumbing license
• 2+ years of field experience in plumbing systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Working knowledge of current code requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with power tools and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred, along with experience in ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software.

DAY-TO-DAY

As our Licensed Plumbing Service Tech, you'll handle in-home service calls, perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations, and ensure all work meets code and customer expectations. You'll use ServiceTitan to manage quotes and invoices, maintain accurate records, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Your role is essential to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
