Build new systems and routines that ensure long-term functionality, safety, and organization of the space.
Administrative & Team Operations
-
Partner with the People team to support new hire onboarding (IT setup, access badges, desk assignments, and Day One readiness).
-
Manage office supply procurement, operational spend visibility, and budget tracking.
-
Own the vendor management lifecycle: sourcing, contracts, invoicing, and performance oversight.
-
Manage reception and front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth visitor experience.
-
Handle day-to-day employee requests and ensure office needs are addressed promptly.
-
Support team and executive scheduling, travel logistics, and coordination with minimal friction.
-
Act as the connective link between the office environment, operations function, and the teams that rely on both.

Strong vendor management experience.

Experience supporting onboarding processes.
-
Ability to manage front-desk or reception functions.
