Salary: $24-$28 per hour

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver goods and materials to various job sites and locations.
• Ensuring goods are properly secured during transport safely and delivered in a timely manner.
• Inspecting product quality and quantity, ensuring order accuracy on any incoming and outgoing orders.
• Pick and fill orders from stock as needed.
• Assist with restocking shelves/warehouse organization and staging.
• Load and unload goods from warehouse onto and off the vehicle.
  
• Inspect vehicle for mechanical issues and report any problems to the supervisor including service and maintenance requirements.
• Assist in all warehouse-related duties, including snow removal and property maintenance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• Start time varies between 5a-7a based on business need. Minimum of 8-hour shift.
• This is a full-time hourly position.
• Employee is expected to work an identified schedule every day.

Supervisor Responsibility

This position has direct supervisor responsibilities: None

Competencies

• High energy and passion for our mission is essential.
• Warehouse driving experience a must.
• Must be able to drive a rack truck and tow a trailer.
• Driver must possess a DOT medical card or be willing/able to obtain one.
• Ability to use MS Word and Outlook for emailing and scanning proper documentation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience

Workplace Environment

Environmental & Working Conditions: This position works primarily in and out of our warehouse as well as on the road delivering goods and materials in company vehicles.

Manual Duties/Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, bend, reach overhead, kneel and balance to meet the physical requirements of this position.

This is primarily a warehouse position working utilizing computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed. Work is often done in a time-sensitive and demanding environment. There are often important deadlines and the requirement to coordinate work on multiple complex assignments at the same time.

Work Authorization/Security check

Must pass a background check performed on all employees at time of employment and periodically during employment. This position will have to have a clean driving record.
