ABOUT THE ROLE

The Picklr is more than an indoor pickleball facility - we are a community hub where people connect, compete, and have fun. As aTeam Member, you are the face of the club. You help create a positive first impression while ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and engaging.

This is a hands-on, people-focused position that blends customer service, hospitality, recreation, and light operations into one dynamic role. Whether you're a student, professional seeking supplemental income, or someone who enjoys an active environment, this role offers flexibility and opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll greet members at the front desk, manage check-ins, answer phones, assist with league and lesson scheduling, provide tours to prospective members, explain membership options, and process payments. You'll also support retail and merchandise sales, assist with event setup, and help maintain a clean, organized facility.

This is an active role where you'll be on your feet, interacting with guests, and contributing to the overall energy of the club.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We hire for attitude, reliability, and positive energy first. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable engaging with new people. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset are essential.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, fitness, or recreation is helpful but not required - we're happy to train the right person.
