VDC/BIM Model Coordination Specialist - Automated Warehousing
VDC/BIM Model Coordination Specialist – Automated Warehousing (Wilmington, MA)
Step into a day where your Revit mastery shapes the backbone of high‑performance, AI‑enabled distribution centers. In the morning, you fine‑tune parametric families and views for complex steel superstructures; by afternoon, you’re validating coordinated models with cross‑functional engineering teams, ensuring every sheet, schedule, and filter communicates clear design intent. You’ll live at the intersection of digital construction and advanced robotics—turning concepts into build‑ready information for Symbotic’s large‑scale automation deployments.
Role Snapshot
- Create, manage, and evolve BIM models in Revit, including complex families, views, browser structures, sheets, schedules, and filters.
- Produce and maintain complete drawing sets—plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules—that precisely convey design intent.
- Guard model and document fidelity so they reflect the project design and meet internal as well as customer standards.
- Run quality checks to confirm accuracy, completeness, and consistency across models and drawings.
- Coordinate closely with Symbotic’s engineering disciplines to align models, drawings, and schedules.
- Thrive in a fast pace, shifting priorities confidently with a solutions‑oriented mindset.

The team continually drives layout excellence, integrating feedback and reducing both material costs and project lead times.
