Talent Acquisition Specialist
Rightstone is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Framingham, MA. The pay rate is $45.00/hr. for a 5-month contract, offering a high-impact opportunity to support a world-class audio technology brand.
In this role, you will act as a dedicated individual contributor supporting hiring across Bose’s most innovative business units, including Audio Technology, Luxury, Marketing, and Finance. You will drive the full-cycle recruiting engine, partnering directly with hiring managers to execute sophisticated sourcing strategies and secure top-tier talent in a highly competitive global market.
Work Schedule: 40 hrs. / week, Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for professional and technical roles, from initial intake sessions to final offer of acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and aggressive timelines aligned with approved headcount.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, X-ray searches, and Boolean strings to engage passive talent.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring activity for specialized business units.
- Drive a premium candidate experience through timely communication, professional interview coordination, and consistent feedback.
- Utilize Workday and other recruiting tools to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and data integrity for compliance.
- Share market insights and candidate feedback with leadership to influence hiring decisions and refine sourcing approaches.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and improve pipeline effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a heavy emphasis on proactive sourcing.
- Proven track record recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized roles in competitive markets.
- Advanced proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean logic and X-ray searches.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise ATS platforms; Workday experience is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
- Deep familiarity with employment laws, compliance with best practices, and data-informed recruiting.
- Experience supporting Marketing, Finance, Sales, or Tech-driven brands is a significant plus.
