Travel Speech Language Pathologist Job
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) travel assignment in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Start date: 03/02/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,527–$2,537 per week with guaranteed 35 hours. Shift: 08:00–16:30. The assignment is in a long-term care environment providing skilled nursing services on a temporary, travel basis. - Conduct vowels, articulation, language, and cognitive-communication assessments to identify patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals for residents.
- Deliver speech-language pathology services through individual therapy sessions; monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the patient record in a timely and compliant manner.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (nursing, OT, PT, social work) to support communication, cognition, and overall resident wellness.
- Contribute to care planning, discharge planning, and transitions of care to support continuity of treatment and resident outcomes. Requirements

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary, long-term care setting.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to support treatment plans and resident progress.
