Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and active individual for the role of Lead Machine Operator, with the potential to advance into a supervisory position. This role involves operating automated machines in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate temperature checks, proper liquid flow through lines, and correct equipment setup. The process involves transferring liquid, freezing it into ice cream, converting it into small balls, and flavor coating.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated machines in a food manufacturing environment.
• Check and ensure accurate temperatures.
• Monitor liquid flow through lines.
• Set up and ensure equipment is operational.
• Pay close attention to detail during the 3-step process involving liquid transfer, freezing, and flavor coating.

Essential Skills

• 1-2+ years of machine operating experience.
• Motivation and ability to take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom food manufacturing environment, wearing white coats, gloves, and hairnets. Jewelry, makeup, and lashes are not permitted. The facility is clean and temperature-controlled, ensuring a safe and comfortable work setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $56160.00/yr.
