What You’ll Tackle

• Operate engine and large lathes to machine castings, forgings, plates, bars, and custom parts.
• Meet demanding dimensional and tolerance requirements on large workpieces.
• Program and edit on Mazatrol controls to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect with micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other precision metrology tools.

What Success Looks Like

• 3–5 years of machining experience or equivalent technical education.
• 3–5 years setting up CNC and manual lathes.
• Comfort with Mazatrol programming (preferred).
• Consistent quality output in a fast-moving production environment.
• Proactive problem-solver and collaborative teammate.
