We are looking for a full time/part time Occupational Therapist (OT)to join our Early Intervention Program serving the Lowell area. Come grow with us at Partners In Child Development !
Your Role:
Member of a multi-disciplinary team in the Early Intervention (EI) Program
Conducts evaluations and interventions for children and families
Analyzes child’s daily activities, home/community environment, and need for adaptive equipment
Delivers occupational therapy treatments to improve functioning, independence, and performance
Contributes to the development of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) with strategies and family outcomes
Provides services through coordination and collaboration with team members and community providers
What you bring:
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license.
- Education commensurate with holding current licensure as an Occupational Therapist issued by the MA Board of Registration in Allied Health Professionals.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pediatric setting working with children under the age of 5. Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and disabilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and uphold agency mission.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance for travel between home visits.
- Must pass criminal background and sex offender screening.
