We are looking for a full time/part time Occupational Therapist (OT)to join our Early Intervention Program serving the Lowell area. Come grow with us at Partners In Child Development !

Your Role:

• Member of a multi-disciplinary team in the Early Intervention (EI) Program

• Conducts evaluations and interventions for children and families

• Analyzes child’s daily activities, home/community environment, and need for adaptive equipment

• Delivers occupational therapy treatments to improve functioning, independence, and performance

• Contributes to the development of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) with strategies and family outcomes

• Provides services through coordination and collaboration with team members and community providers

What you bring:

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license.
• Education commensurate with holding current licensure as an Occupational Therapist issued by the MA Board of Registration in Allied Health Professionals.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pediatric setting working with children under the age of 5. Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of developmental milestones and disabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and uphold agency mission.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance for travel between home visits.
• Must pass criminal background and sex offender screening.
