CNC Programmer/Operator 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Billerica, MA
Shift: 1st shift
Salary range: $72,800-$93,000 (depends on experience)
What You'll Do
- Program, set up, and operate CNC Milling and/or Lathe machines
- Machine parts from raw material to finished product
- Read blueprints and apply machining best practices
- Set feeds, speeds, and tolerances
- Inspect parts using common measuring tools
- Program using CAM software (Fusion 360 preferred; Mastercam accepted)
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNC machining experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
