We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Used Car Technician to support our sales team by inspecting and repairing pre-owned vehicles to meet dealership standards.
Job DescriptionThe Used Car Technician will focus on servicing and reconditioning used vehicle inventory for the sales department. This role requires a strong understanding of diagnostics, safety standards, and repair procedures for a variety of makes and models. If you’re detail-oriented, efficient, and take pride in delivering ready-to-sell vehicles, this is the opportunity for you.

Pay: Flat Rate up to $30/hour based on previous experience and performance
Work Requirements:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute: South Easton, MA (Required)
Work Location: In person
Inspect used vehicles thoroughly for mechanical, safety, and cosmetic issues
Diagnose and repair a wide range of systems including brakes, suspension, steering, batteries, electrical, and HVAC
Perform fluid flushes, belt/filter replacements, tire work, and routine maintenance
Communicate clearly with the sales and service teams regarding vehicle condition and needed repairs
Apply undercoating treatments to vehicles as part of the reconditioning process
Ensure vehicles are fully reconditioned and ready for retail sale
Document all repairs and findings in the dealership system
Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and organization
Minimum 1 year of technician experience in a service or dealership environment
Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge across multiple vehicle makes
Ford experience and/or certification is a plus
Automotive certifications preferred
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair software
Basic computer literacy and documentation skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
