Compensation Range: $76.92/hr – $90.91/hr w2
Job Description:
Lead and motivate project teams throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables, and staffing strategies

Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and manage change effectively

Maintain dashboards and reporting to track progress, milestones, and KPIs
-
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and clear communication

Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
-
Establish and maintain standards and procedures for documentation and reporting

Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management maturity
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

5–7 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in project management

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, scrum)

Proficiency with project planning tools (for example: MS Project, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow).
