Agile Architect
Akkodis is seeking an Agile Architect for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA. You will lead enterprise Agile transformation by defining and executing the roadmap, driving organizational change, and aligning business strategy with Agile delivery practices.
Rate Range: $95/hour to $98/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Agile Architect job responsibilities include:
Lead enterprise Agile transformation initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to define and execute the roadmap.
Coach executives, portfolio leaders, and delivery teams on Agile mindset, DevOps principles, and modern engineering practices.
Guide adoption of scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile, tailoring them to organizational needs.
Mentor internal coaches and change agents to build sustainable Agile capabilities across the organization.
Define and track KPIs for Agile maturity and business outcomes, promoting continuous improvement through feedback loops.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings, ensuring alignment between business strategy and Agile delivery practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Agile coaching, transformation leadership, and enterprise-level delivery.
Certified in SAFe SPC and experienced in implementing scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile.
Proven ability to coach executives and delivery teams, drive organizational change, and align Agile practices with business strategy.
